Terms and Conditions with Payment Options
 

Your signature with preferred method of payment, in addition to a purchase order, are required 48 hours prior to the commencement of work.

Charges are based upon a 4 HOUR MINIMUM, portal to portal.

Payment is due upon completed project segment. Late payments will be subject to a 1.5% per month service fee. Credit cards are accepted with a 3.5% processing fee. Net 30-day payment terms are subject to pre-approval. 

This budgetary estimate is a binding contract once customer has signed and accepted the proposal. 
 

Clarifications:

• The customer will provide onsite representative for duration of project unless prior arrangements have been made.

• Customer will ensure dedicated service of at least one dock or adequate access space is provided throughout the duration of the project.

• Wait time or delays caused by other contractors, schedule changes, deviations from original scope of work, or manufacturing processes will require a signed and approved change order by company representative. Any work undertaken and not explicitly included in this quote shall be liable to incur additional charges. 

• If applicable, customer shall provide floor plans and implement a marking system for the areas at move origin and destination. 

• All equipment must be disconnected from utilities and charged systems must be relieved and ready to move prior to MVRC arrival.  

• This quote assumes that all fluids are drained prior to the commencement of work. Any decontamination requirements are the responsibility of customer or 3rd party contractor. 

• Unless otherwise noted, this quote is based on work performed Monday through Friday during normal operating hours. Work performed after 2:30PM, on weekends, or on holidays will be subjected to overtime hours.

• Reasonable costs associated with the rescheduling of work by customer due to adverse weather conditions or delays beyond our control will be at time and material rates.

• No pricing has been included for the opening-up of doorways or access routes unless prior arrangements have been made.

• This quote is based on the work being carried out on good, hard standing and readily accessible grounds for our equipment and vehicles. This includes concrete driveways, facility flooring, and all access areas. Shoring of any flooring is not included in this quote unless prior arrangements have been made.  

• We have assumed that all subterranean basements, passage ways, ducts, gullies, drains, etc. have been pointed out to MVRC personal prior to commencement of any work so that suitable precautions may be taken, and the costs of same allowed for in our quote. This includes areas that may require plating or bracing.

• Any damages to property or equipment must be immediately reported to the MVRC on-site Crew Lead so that the appropriate action can be taken.

• All wood used in the manufacturing of crates by MVRC comply with ISPM-15 standards.

• MVRC is not responsible for any damages to equipment that arrives wrapped, sealed, or crated and shows no visible indications of damages.

• Sales tax has NOT been included in this quote. Any applicable sales tax will be added at time of invoicing. 

• MVRC is NOT responsible for the securing of internal components of equipment that require manufacturer or technical knowledge or expertise to anticipate the shipping and securing requirements of such components.

• All trucking arranged by MVRC will be subject to market changes which are out of MVRC control and may result in additional charges to your invoice.

• Sales tax has NOT been included in this quote. Any applicable sales tax will be added at time of invoicing.

• MVRC is NOT responsible for the securing of internal components of equipment that require manufacturer or technical knowledge or expertise to anticipate the shipping and securing requirements of such components.

• All trucking arranged by MVRC will be subject to market changes which are out of MVRC control and may result in additional charges to your invoice.
